Our transformation STEM education and leadership programs empower, encourage, and inspire girls aged 8 to 12 to become self-confident young women and the leaders of tomorrow. We help bridge the gender gap and reduce gender bias by providing the tools and skills for girls to pursue their dreams. We envision a world where all girls and young women feel empowered and supported to reach their fullest potential, regardless of socioeconomic circumstances. We invite girls from varied cultural backgrounds to attend, especially those from underserved, underrepresented, and historically marginalized communities to ensure equitable access worldwide.

Our award-winning curriculum is delivered in collaboration with our corporate partners through sponsorship and volunteer opportunities. Our partners include Arm, eBay, Cisco, Google, Hatch BeautyBrands, iTalent Digital, Microsoft, as well as many others. Together, we have greatly increased our global reach and measurable impact. We invite you to sponsor a GLAM event with your organization!
