Diversity takes intention and commitment. All girls and young women, including those from underserved, underrepresented, and historically marginalized communities, must be given equitable access to STEM education, leadership programs, learning opportunities, and career development.

Female speakers and corporate volunteers collaborate with us to deliver an immersive, award-winning curriculum of both 'soft skills' and 'business skills'.

Program attendees learn firsthand from empowering C-suite female leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to believe in themselves, pursue their goals, and envision themselves in STEM, business, and leadership roles.

We also offer an annual Mentor and Global Ambassadorship Program for older girls and young women aged 16+. They too learn from, connect with, and are inspired by the amazing female Speakers and volunteers who support our GLAM events.

Through our STEM education and leadership programs, we empower, encourage, and inspire both girls and young women worldwide to become strong, self-confident leaders of tomorrow.
