Terms & Conditions of GLAM-ReadyToLead.com

By participating in GLAM (hereinafter "GLAM", or "event"),  you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

This event may be recorded and live-streamed, and there may be photographs taken throughout the event. By accepting the invitation and attending the event, you are (i) acknowledging your irrevocable consent, on your own behalf and on behalf of your minor child attending the event with you, to allow GLAM to photograph, record or film you and/or your minor child during the event and to use such content (including your appearance and voice as embodied in the content) for all commercial and non-commercial purposes, including without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, and (ii) waiving any and all claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and false light. You understand and agree that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you on your own behalf and on behalf of your minor child.

 

If you or your minor child requires an EpiPen®, you must bring it to the event and present it when you check in. We reserve the right to refuse participation to girls with severe allergies who don't bring an EpiPen®.
