Our Annual Program
The annual GLAM (Girls Leadership Academy Meetup) held each Summer is a 2-day immersive program that inspires girls ages 8-12 to break the gender gap, piques their interest in the world of tech, and encourages them to aim for leadership roles. The attendees get mentored and motivated by outstanding female leaders in today's business world, focusing on eight basic principles:

They also receive one-on-one coaching from a top pitching expert, along with their team, and compete for prizes in a pitching contest in front of an impressive panel of judges!

In addition to learning these high-caliber skills, the girls are inspired by amazing keynote speakers and have fun with interactive activities.

The primary goal of GLAM is for each girl to feel nurtured and empowered to define and articulate their dreams with the tools needed to create a vision and plan for the future.
